Ownership of the website and owner of the report

Atheticweb.it is a registered trademark owned by Ferraresi Roberto, with headquarters in via Novara, 123 - 20153 Milan (Mi), C.F. and VAT number 04866200159. Purchases are governed by the Italian law on distance selling (Legislative Decree No. 185 of 22/05/1999).

Terms of sale


The products on sale displayed on the site are all inclusive of VAT. The products displayed on the site are intended to be available for immediate delivery, subject to shipping times by courier, unless otherwise indicated. In the event that the requested product is out of stock or in delay of availability, the buyer will be immediately notified by e-mail or telephone. Atheticweb.it reserves the right not to conclude the order and assumes no responsibility and without resulting from this any obligation of compensation towards the buyer. The purchase contract is considered confirmed by the buyer at the time of the conclusion of the purchase procedure on the web.

However, the contract is concluded for Atheticweb.it only when the shipment took place and was notified to the customer with a specific confirmation e-mail. Anything not specified is governed by Legislative Decree n. 185 of 22/05/1999 which regulates the matter of distance contracts, that is carried out outside the commercial premises.

Graphic display of the products displayed on the site

The graphic display of the products (image and description) is made for the sole purpose of displaying the product and is purely indicative; these may therefore differ from what is shown on the video for obvious reasons of chromatic setting of the screen of the possible buyer. The images displayed are, in most cases, provided by the manufacturers, and in this regard we inform you that some products may differ from the graphic representation due to changes made by the manufacturer himself, therefore Atheticweb.it assumes no responsibility if these changes do not make changes to the functionality and intended use of a product (eg a different color Logo, or a different print or placed in a different site).

According to the art. 26 GDPR, we inform you that Athleticweb.it is the owner of the processing of your personal data necessary for: processing and managing your orders, shipping the products you have purchased, providing you with the necessary after-sales assistance, managing the product return procedure purchased, comply with the provisions of the tax legislation and, subject to obtaining your consent, for marketing purposes, according to the purposes and methods indicated below.
